MW Industries, headquartered in Logansport, Indiana, is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered springs and fasteners for OEMs and MROs. The Company manufacturers more than 40,000 products which are used in a wide array of applications across a diverse set of end markets, including medical, heavy truck, electronics, agriculture and construction, military and aerospace, energy and automotive. The Company sells its products using a multi-channel strategy that includes catalogs, distributors and direct sales. Aftermarket sales represent approximately 50% of the Company’s total revenues.
Genstar Capital acquired MW Industries in June 2011.
