CHICAGO, Jan. 8, 2008—TravelCLICK, Inc., the leading provider of emarketing solutions for the global hotel industry, today announced that Robert E. Dowdell has been named Chairman of the Board. The selection of Dowdell follows the recent addition of TravelCLICK to the Genstar Capital, LLC portfolio of companies through its acquisition in December.

Mr. Dowdell is a founder and Chairman of Career Education Corp. (NASDAQ: CECO) and has been a Director of the company since its inception in 1994. Mr. Dowdell is also Chairman Emeritus and former Chief Executive Officer of Marshall & Swift / Boeckh (MS/B), a web-hosted software application company. He also currently sits on the board of 21st Services, a leading data and information service provider to the insurance and life settlement industries.

From 1994 to 2005, Mr. Dowdell served as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of MS/B. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Dowdell served as General Partner of RGD Partners, L.P., an investment business. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Dowdell was President of National Education Centers, Inc., a subsidiary of National Education Corporation, Inc. Mr. Dowdell received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
