Mark A. Davis
Controller
Mark A. Davis is the Controller of Genstar Capital, responsible for the ongoing operations of Genstar’s finance and administrative functions.
Prior to joining Genstar, Mark was a tax professional at Ghirardo CPA where he specialized in medium sized businesses, business owners, and investment partnerships. Prior to Ghirardo CPA, Mark worked as a tax professional with Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco. At Deloitte his clientele mainly consisted of international corporations and investment partnerships.
Mark earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Mark has been a California Certified Accountant since January 2005.
