Melissa S. Dickerson is the Chief Financial Officer of Genstar Capital, responsible for the finance and administrative functions of the Genstar companies.
Prior to joining Genstar Capital, Melissa was the Controller of American Industrial Partners (“AIP”), a private-equity firm focused on middle market manufacturing and industrial service companies. Prior to AIP, Melissa worked at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant focused on businesses in the financial services industry.
Melissa earned an MBA from UC Berkeley’s HAAS School of Business and a BA from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the State of California since March 1999.
