Roman Margolin is a Senior Associate at Genstar Capital, helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Genstar, Roman was an Associate with Willis Stein & Partners, a middle-market private equity firm where he focused on investments in education, media, and healthcare sectors. Previously, Roman was an Analyst in the investment banking group of J.P. Morgan in Chicago.
Roman earned an MBA from Stanford University and received a BA in Economics (summa cum laude) from Case Western Reserve University. He is a Director of Genstar portfolio companies Netsmart Technologies, Inc., Granite Global Solutions, PRA International, Inc. and a board observer at Oncure Medical Corp.
