Frank Bauchiero serves on Genstar’s Strategic Advisory Board and advises the Firm in the area of industrial technology, bringing with him 45 years of experience.
Most recently, Frank was CEO of Walbro Corporation, a manufacturer of fuel storage and delivery systems for the automotive industry. Frank also served as the President of Dana Corporation’s $1.5 billion global industrial business. Prior to Dana Corporation, he served as the CEO of Warner Electric Corporation.
Frank serves on the boards of M. & I. Bank South, and Lemans Avionics of Geneva, Switzerland. He is a Director of Sarcem Equipment of Waterford, WI, as well as Automotive Alliance in Detroit, MI, and US Coexcell Corporation in Toledo, Ohio. Frank is also on the Board of Directors of the Madison Kipp Corporation.
