The Genstar Capital organization is composed of a team of Professionals and a Strategic Advisory Board.

Our Professionals provide advice and oversight through frequent contact with management and participation in quarterly board meetings. We work with management to identify areas for operational improvement, build corporate infrastructure, eliminate cost inefficiencies and pursue growth opportunities.

Our Strategic Advisory Board includes influential senior executives who are current or former leaders of major corporations. These executives work regularly with our portfolio companies to provide a rich source of operating experience and strategic insight.
