George T. Haymaker, Jr.
George T. Haymaker, Jr. serves on Genstar’s Strategic Advisory Board and advises the firm in the area of industrial technology. Mr. Haymaker was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation from January 1994 through December 1999, and was Non-Executive Chairman of that company from October 2001 until July 2006. Prior to joining Kaiser, he served in executive positions for Alcoa Inc., and Alumax Inc.

Mr. Haymaker is a director of Pool Corporation (POOL:Nasdaq), the largest distributor of swimming pool and related leisure products. He previously served as lead director of Hayes Lemmerz, a leading manufacturer of passenger car and commercial vehicle wheels; as non-executive Chair of Safelite Group Inc., the largest US provider of replacement auto glass services; as a director of Flowserve (FLS:NYSE), a leading producer of pumps, valves and seals; as a director of 360 Networks, a telecommunications provider; and as a director of International Aluminum, a provider of aluminum curtainwall and entrance systems.

He served previously as a director of Flowserve Corporation (FLS:NYSE), a global producer of pumps and valves, and as non-executive Chairman of Safelite Group Inc., the leading national provider of replacement auto-glass.

Mr. Haymaker received a BS in Metallurgy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from University of Southern California, and a MS in Management from MIT.
