James D. Nadauld is a Principal of Genstar Capital, helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Genstar in 2004, James was an Associate with MedEquity Investors, LLC in Wellesley Hills, MA, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Previously, he worked in the Global Healthcare Group at Lehman Brothers, Inc. in New York, where he was focused on M&A and capital market transactions.

James earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in English from Brigham Young University.
