John L. Zabriskie, Ph.D., serves on Genstar’s Strategic Advisory Board and advises the Firm in the area of life sciences. John was past Chairman and CEO of NEN Life Science Products, Inc. and is currently President of Lansing Brown, Investments, LLC. John is a Director of Kellogg Co., Array Biopharma and Arca Discovery.

Prior to joining NEN, John was President and CEO of Pharmacia & Upjohn, Inc. As Chairman and CEO of the Upjohn Company, John led the Upjohn project, which resulted in the $12 billion merger of equals with Pharmacia. Earlier, John was Executive Vice President of Merck and Co., Inc. and President of Merck Manufacturing Division. He began his career there as a chemist and held a variety of positions in quality control, manufacturing and marketing.
