Chong Ni is a Principal at Genstar Capital, helping to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition and investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Genstar Capital, Chong was an Associate at Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm in San Francisco. Chong began his career as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies and J.P. Morgan.
