Grace Gu is the Fund Controller of Genstar Capital, responsible for the ongoing operations of the firm’s accounting and finance functions.

Prior to joining Genstar Capital, Grace was the Assistant Controller of Symphony Technology Group (“STG”), a private-equity firm focused on technology and software service companies. Prior to STG, Grace worked at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager focused on financial services industry and primarily served private equity and hedge funds clients.

Grace has been a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) licensed with the State of California since February 2008.
