Sid Ramakrishnan is a Director at Genstar Capital, helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities.

Sid originally joined Genstar Capital in 2012 as an Associate and re-joined the firm in 2017. Prior to re-joining, Sid was Chief of Staff to the CEO at AssetMark (a former Genstar portfolio company) and led corporate strategy for the firm. Sid began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.
